Back pain can drive you nuts can’t it! The worst part is that sometimes you know what’s caused it but others you have know idea why your back is giving you so much grief.
All you know is that you can’t do what you want to do with out the pain. The first reaction is to take some pain killers and soldier on. But is this a good thing?
Most back pain is caused by muscle tightness or trauma of some sort. If you just mask the pain and keep on going you run the risk of further damage. The alternative is to go to the doctor and he will give you some time off work and see if it gets better.
What normally happens is that our body compensates for the muscle tightness and we get used to it. IS THIS THE WAY IT SHOULD BE??
Muscle Tightness can be rectified!!
